Jehanzeb Awan is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of J. Awan Capital, the CMA-licensed Fund Manager for Taranis Capital's KSA fund vehicles. He brings over 25 years of experience in financial services regulation, compliance, and governance across the MENA region.

He established the compliance function at National Bank of Dubai (now Emirates NBD), served as Executive Director and Head of Compliance for Morgan Stanley's MENA business for approximately seven years, and founded J. Awan & Partners (an award-winning regulatory advisory firm) and Azakaw (a global regtech company). He is Chairman of the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Crypto and Blockchain Association.

Jehanzeb holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Arizona (Magna Cum Laude) and is a member of the International Compliance Association and the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
