Dr Sebastian Vaughan is an Investment Committee member for Taranis Capital's BioTech Growth Fund and the CEO of Phytome Life Sciences. He is also the Technical Services Adviser for the Green Biotech Fund.

A serial healthcare entrepreneur, Dr Vaughan holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds and an MBA from Imperial College London. He is a former Imperial College post-doctoral researcher who discovered novel cancer gene functions, with research published in Nature and Cancer Discovery.
