His Excellency Eng. Osama Abdulaziz Al-Zamil is the Chairman of Taranis Capital's Advisory Board. He is a distinguished Saudi industrial leader, investor, and visionary strategist who has played a defining role in shaping the Kingdom's modern industrial and investment landscape. As the former Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources (2019–2023), he oversaw the establishment of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and was instrumental in designing and activating the National Industrial Strategy, a cornerstone of Saudi Vision 2030. Under his leadership, the Kingdom's industrial base expanded from 7,000 to over 11,000 factories, representing one of the most transformative phases of Saudi Arabia's industrial evolution.

In the private sector, His Excellency brings more than two decades of executive experience, having served as Vice President of Business Development and President of Zamil Group's Riyadh Office, as well as Chairman and Board Member across numerous entities. He currently serves as Founder and Chairman of OAAZ Consulting, a leading governance, investment, and industrial advisory firm.
