Jack Hollander is a seasoned business executive professional with 30-plus years of experience, Mr. Hollander is currently an Executive Vice President with APX Energy, LLC.
Over the course of his career, he has been involved in developing, managing, and fundraising alternative and tax-advantaged investment programs and assisted companies in financing their businesses. He has worked extensively with financial and tax advisors and CPA’s all over the United States to strategically position specialised alternative investments for high-net-worth individuals which raised over $3 billion of capital. Mr. Hollander enjoys educating financial professionals on investment strategies and bringing value-added practice management solutions to advisors' clients.
Mr. Hollander received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1981 and a Master of Law Degree from New York University School of Law in 1982. He is a member of the New York State bar and a long-standing member of a FINRA test writing committee for various securities licenses. He also was elected to be Chairman of the Investment Program Association, now the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives, which provided national leadership for the Portfolio Diversifying Investments industry from March 2005 to November 2011.
Mr. Hollander enjoys playing golf, travelling, and spending time with his family, which includes four young granddaughters.
