Dirk Burmann has been working in the financial sector for more than 25 years.
Over the course of his career, he has accumulated extensive expertise in all aspects of the CFO agenda as well as the private equity and funds industry. In addition to his extensive financial management skills, acquired through many years of management consulting, including at two of the Big 4 accounting firms, and in several senior positions in the financial sector, he is an experienced due diligence professional, particularly in the financial sector, but not limited to it. As a Certified Public Accountant and former fund manager of a multi billion fund business he is also very familiar with all matters of regulatory requirements, fund administration and stakeholder management, i.e. the investor communication.
Further to his core business activities, he has lectured at universities on valuation and given keynote speeches on various financial topics.
